Our inaugural Italian Feast with the Artisans was a sold-out success! Alessandro Motta from Casa Motta set up a cheese-making station in the restaurant, and made fresh mozzarella, burrata and strachino cheese for guests - it's impossible to have cheese any fresher!

The cheese was the star of the savoury courses, fresh from Alessandro served with antipasto, or weaved into an array of delectable bites including tartlets, arancini, zucchini flowers, gnocchi, and off course - pizza!

Matteo from La Macelleria took over for dessert, parking his mobile gelato cart inside and serving a range of homemade gelato including:

  • Nocciola
  • Cioccolato
  • Crema Bolgna
  • Tiramisu (made with Casa Motta mascarpone)
  • Ricotta & Fig (made with Casa Motta ricotta)
  • And a very special Champagne Sorbet!
